Trecce
This braided loaf is often used to soak up the tomatoe sauce after a pasta dinner, very crusty, full of flavour. Available in white or whole wheat. Best eaten when ripped apart and not cut.

Ciabatta means “sandle” is a very soft loaf with a wonderful crust. Has a very moist inside, Great for dipping in the famous olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

This unique loaf is made like no other. The old school recipe allows for an unbelievable crust and flavour. Flattened and topped, available types are, olive oil, olive oil artichoke, olive oil roasted red pepper, and the most popular “tomatoe cheese”
